Selection Criteria for Suitable Fattening Animal:

Select cows based on their physical condition
Age should range from 2-2.5 years old
Body coat will be thin
Check the teeth to ensure age
Body shape will be square
Healthy cows must be ensured
Moist muzzle indicates the sound health of a cow

Animal should be selected based on appropriate body condition score (BCS: 2-3)
