A mini pasteurization With the machine (capacity of 30/50 liters) 150/250 liters of milk can be pasteurized daily (in 6 hours).

Procedure
Start and

The machine has to be started at 8 in the morning
and the collected milk must begin to seal in the packet

1st Batch
(9.00-10.30 am)
Give 30-50L of packaged milk in the heating chamber of machine for 1 hour
After 1 hour the milk should be extracted from machine and place it in cooling chamber for 30 minutes

2nd Batch
(10.30 am-12.00pm)
Give 30-50L of packaged milk again in the heating chamber of machine for 1 hour
After 1 hour the milk should be extracted from machine and place it in cooling chamber for 30 minutes

3rd Batch
(12.00 pm-1.30 pm)
Give 30-50L of packaged milk again in the heating chamber of machine for 1 hour
• After 1 hour the milk should be extracted from machine and place it in cooling chamber for 30 minutes

4th Batch
(1.30pm -3.00 pm)
Give 30-50L of packaged milk again in the heating chamber of machine for 1 hour
After 1 hour the milk should be extracted from machine and place it in cooling chamber for 30 minutes

5th Batch
(3.00 pm – 4.30 pm)
Give 30-50L of packaged milk again in the heating chamber of machine for 1 hour
After 1 hour the milk should be extracted from machine and place it in cooling chamber for 30 minutes
150/250L
That is, 150 and 250 litre milk can be pasteurized and marketed daily using a machine of 30L and 50L capacity respectively.
